  • Educational materials - With every new prescription we will include supplementary information including general drug information, effects, and precautions. Materials also available upon request for any current or past prescription.
  • Nutritional supplements - Interested in purchasing vitamins and minerals that complement your medication regimen? Speak with our pharmacists to create a customized nutritional supplement plan and have your supplements delivered with your medications.

• Packaging and Delivery

  • Adherence packaging - Make sure you are taking the right dosage every time with adherence packaging. We will pre-dose every prescription for easy consumption.
  • Pill boxes - Have a hard time keeping track of what pills should be taken when? Use our pill box system which pre-sorts your medications by day and time of day.
  • Delivery - We offer free delivery to San Diego counties and Imperial County. We also offer free shipping nationally.
  • Confidentiality - Your privacy is important to us. Our prescriptions are delivered in a standard, unmarked brown paper bags, our delivery trucks are unmarked, and our shipping packaging does not disclose the origins of the package.

• Prescription Filling

  • Auto-refill - Never worry about running out of medications again with our auto-refill service. Before your medication refills expire we will contact your physician to request a refill and will have the refill ready for pick up or delivery at the same time every month.
  • E-scripts - We accept electronic prescriptions should your doctor use this system.
  • Drug interaction check - Our pharmacists will review all prescriptions to ensure safety. Should a drug interaction concern arise, our pharmacists will contact you directly.

• Payment

  • Auto-pay - Leave your credit card on file with us to fully-automate your prescription regimen. Every time we fill your prescriptions and process your insurance information, we will automatically charge your credit card and, if selected, automatically deliver or ship your order to your door.

• Insurance

  • Insurance consultation - Speak with our experienced staff to navigate your insurance carrier ’s processes including, but not limited to, understanding case management, how to enroll, contact information for the appropriate person/department, and treatment authorization requests.
